He is survived by: his children, Bill Kuzma (Mary Clark) and Maria Arden (Mike); his grandchildren, Jake (Grayal), Heather (Todd), Jason (Deanna), Nicholas and Chris; his great grandchild Cayson; his sisters-in-law, Gloria Kuzma and Lyuba Sepich; his nephews, Roger and Rodney Sepich (Tracy); his niece Christine Kuzma; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Danica and Mike; his nephew Doug Kuzma (Leslie); his caregivers, Ann, Kathy, Tara, Linda, Kelly and Celia; and also Alina.
