He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Coretta Hewitt of Mascoutah and Roger Hewitt (Hayden); his wife Debbie Wickens; his pet Sam; his brothers, Dale (Sue) and Lance (Jennifer) of O'Fallon; his sons, Hayden Hewitt (Rachel) and Mason Hewitt of O'Fallon; his siblings-in-law, Rhonda, Geno Joshu of Millstadt, Jim, Kelly Wickens of San Antonio, Carrie, Mike Little of Belleville, Sharon, Sonny Krawietz of San Antonio, Julie and Dave Robison of Belleville; and his friend Wade. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1111 E Hwy 50, O'Fallon, IL 62269). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations are suggested, in lieu of flowers and other gifts, to either First Baptist Church O'Fallon, The Wade Hewitt Wrestling Scholarship, or National Parks Foundation (https://www.nationalparks.org).
