He was predeceased by: his parents, Merwyn Lewey and Josephine Lewey (Houlihan); and his siblings, Tomothy Lewey and Merva Jo Blazich (Lewey). He is survived by: his sister Diantha Lewey of Springfield; his niece Diantha Harston (Kelly) of Witt, IL; and his nephews, Dan Blazich, Phil Blazich, Paul Blazich (Julie) of Nokomis and Pari Blazich (Michelle) of Mobile, AL..
A reception will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the St. Louis Catholic Church (311 S Elm St, Nokomis, IL 62075).
