He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Edward and Gladys Lee Malcom. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Lewis of O'Fallon, IL; his children, Alexander Benjamin Lewis, Fallon, Andrew Thomas Lewis (Kasi) and Lisabeth Kathryn Patterson (Kramer) of Ozark, MO; his brothers, David Lewis (Annette) and Roger Lewis of East Alton, IL; and his granddaughter Joanna Louise Patterson Dear.

Memorials may be made to the Mosaic Crisis Pregnancy Center, First Baptist Church of O'Fallon Creation Corner or First Baptist Church of O'Fallon Building Fund.
