She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Skinner and Mona Skinner (Roy Hughey); her sister Veatus Metsker; and her son-in-law Dallas Baxter. She is survived by: her sister Vera Weltmer; her daughters, Wanda Hughey Baxter and Marilyn Marshall (Rick); her grandchildren, Ryan Hargrove (Evan), Amber Crafton (Tim) and Matthew Marshall (Heather); and her great grandchild Coraline Crafton.
