He was predeceased by: his parents, Jong-Soo Park and Jong-Chil Cho; his sister Soon-Duk Park; and his wife Chen-Yi Park. He is survived by: his brothers, Bok-Man Park and Boo-Won Park; his children, Yang-Lei Park (Glenn), Lin Park (Mi-Ra), Min Park (Jong-Ae) and Kwan Park (Jin-Young); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Erica, Daniel, Connie, Andy, Timothy, Jasmine, Jennifer and Jessica.
