She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick and Catherine; her former husband Robert Schultz; her son Robby Schultz; her grandson John Schultz II; and also, Poole and Jackson.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert "Bob"; her sons, John Base, John Schultz (Sandra) of Lewisville, Dan Schultz (Nancy Hannaford) of Pontiac and David Schultz of Mulberry; her grandchildren, Kirsten Cotter, Darren Johnson (Kim), Justin Hannaford (Christina), Kayla Meharg, Stephanie Schultz and Rafael Amaya; and also, Pat Base, Fallon Base and Scott Air Force Base.
Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and will be accepted by the funeral home.
