She is survived by: her husband Cletus Bleisch; her siblings, Stan Klein and Sabia; her brother-in-law Richard Hinkle; her children, Kori Clark (Gene), Dan Bleisch (Annette), John Bleisch (Lucy), Sue Goodman, Mark Bleisch (Christy), Jane Klein, Chris McKinney (Jeff), Tom Bleisch (Sherry), Kent Bleisch (Elaine), Mary Hastings (Joel), Paul Bleisch (Christy) and Carl Bleisch (Renee); her grandchildren, Jason Clark (Rochelle), Caiti Simms (Greg), Amy Bleisch (Lance Ennen), Courtney Louderman (CJ), Joshua Goodman, Jamie Elafros (Michael), Blake Bleisch, Sidney Bleisch, Connor Bleisch, Tyler White (Evelyn Romero), JT White, Zachary Sauer, Jacob Sauer (Catherine), Andrew Bleisch, Jackie Power (Code), Nicholas Bleisch, Elora Bleisch, Tristan Bleisch, Linnea Bleisch, Asti Hastings, Jolee Hastings, Abby Bleisch, Alan Bleisch, Emma Bleisch, Henry Bleisch, Joseph Bleisch and Veronica Bleisch; her great grandchildren, Cohen Clark, Torsten Louderman, Kaia Louderman, Jack Elafros, Benjamin Elafros, Harper White, Brooklyn Sauer, Archer Sauer and Joseph Simms; her godson Duane Daniels; and her friend Jerry Goodman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Pat's loving nature, donations made be made to the Lupus Foundation, any child-related charitable organization or in the form of Masses to be said at St. Nicholas Church.
