Bess of OFallon, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Winning and Eleanor Winning (Luchsinger); her son Kristopher R. Bess; her grandsons, Eric Pelate and Conner Hackleman; and her sister Joanne Ungard.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Hackleman of O'Fallon.
