He is survived by: his close friend Linda Moss Sturgeon of O'Fallon; his sons, Michael Nicholson of Wentzville, MO and Tommy Nicholson of Fairview Heights, IL; and his brother James Nicholson. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
