She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas H. Panka and Lucille A. Panka; and her siblings, Thomas Panka Jr. and V. Mary Garthoff. She is survived by: her siblings, Bonita Schweiger of O'Fallon, IL, Betty Will of Fort Worth, TX and Robert Panka of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
