She was predeceased by: her son Raymond Anthony "Tony" Chomicki; her parents, Clarence and Gladys; and her sister Carol Jean Gorazd. She is survived by: her children, Denise Chomicki (Andrew Gleeson), Michelle Perjak (Randy) and Elaine Stone (Mark); her grandchildren, Nathan Perjak (Stacy), Julianne Perjak, Tyler Perjak, Rachel Ratay, Bradley Ratay, Alexandra Ratay, Danielle Chomicki and Renee Chomicki; and her sister Diana Sue Belt (Gene).
