She is survived by: her children, Terry Flager of Puryear, TN, Sandie Flager of O'Fallon, IL, Monique Flager of Belleville, IL, Samuel Flager III (Tracy) of O'Fallon, IL, Yohance Flager (Stacy) of Fairview Heights, IL and Terlena Flager of O'Fallon, IL; her brother Kenneth Moore of New York, NY; her grandchildren, Tonika Flager, Monta Flager, Terrence Sillas, Isaiah Flager-Hearan, Josiah Flager-Hearan, Samuel Flager IV, Sabre Flager, Micaiah Flager, Xavier Flager, Laila Flager, Rayona Flager, Yohance Flager Jr. and Donavan Bieber; and her great grandchild Tayton Harper.
