She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Thomas and Velma Thomas (Clark); her husband John Franklin Dardeen; her son Jon Marc Dardeen; her siblings, Mildred Thomas, Sharon Stone, Lawrence Thomas, Robert Thomas and Kenneth Thomas; and her brother-in-law William Dardeen.

She is survived by: her children, Andrea Sarbak and Michael Dardeen (Maria); her siblings, Hazel Holloway, Lena Mae Bozacker, Darrell Thomas (Janet) and Charles Thomas (Linda); her sisters-in-law, Carol Dardeen and Bonnie Bean (Kevin); her grandchildren, Angelina Dardeen, Brett Dardeen and Casandra Sarbak; and her great grandchildren, Luca Anthony and Patrick Elliott.
