He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Spradling and Dolores Spradling; his stepmother Juanita Spradling; his brothers, Ron Spradling (Judy), Kevin Spradling (Tammy) and Richard Spradling; and his nephew Jeffrey Ortega.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Spradling; his son Jeremy Spradling; and his brothers, Donald Spradling (Linda) of O'Fallon, IL and John Spradling (Cecilia) of Waterloo, IL.
Attendants must wear a mask and practice social distancing due to Covid-19.
