It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Jane Kubiak (OFallon, Illinois), born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on December 23, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Dale and Vivian Vance; and her brother Clayton Vance. She is survived by: her spouse Edward Thomas Kubiak; her sons, Kevin Kubiak and Kory Kubiak; her grandchildren, Amanda Kubiak and Craig Kubiak; and her brother Carl Vance.
