We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2022, at the age of 86, Joyce Hoerr of OFallon, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Raymond Meng, Doris Pflasterer and Janice Hoenig. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra A. Thompson of O'Fallon, IL, Susan K. Carter (Wright S.) of Millstadt, IL and Rhonda L. Van Osdale (Gary) of Belleville, IL; her grandchildren, Lauren Morton (Mark), Sarah Arnold (Blake), Heather Hauss (Jordan), Katelyn Touchette (Matthew), Nick Van Osdale (Kaylee Bouas) and Alex Van Osdale; and her great grandchildren, Ella Hauss, Jay Hauss, Charlie Morton, Claire Morton, Jackson Morton, Weston Touchette, Olivia Arnold and Madelyn Arnold. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
