He was predeceased by: his parents, Judith Collins and Douglas Collins. He is survived by: his siblings, Sergeant Major, Joel Collins (Lori) of Belleville, Ill and Jennifer Larrison (Jim) of Glen Ellyn; his nephews, Captain Douglas Collins II (Elaine), Dane Collins, Dryver Larrison and Stryde Larrison; and his great-nieces, Thea and Daisy Collins.
