With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jill Carroll (OFallon, Illinois), born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on January 18, 2019 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Bernard Patzer, John E. Carroll and Patricia A. Carroll; her parents, John E. Carroll Jr. and Debra J. Carroll; her son James Michael McWilliams; her grandmother Charlotte E. Patzer; her siblings, Rachel L. Richter (William), Shannon L. Carroll and Lindsey M. Bellamy (Dion); and her nieces, Makayla M. Mays, Alexa C. Richter and Madisyn J. Carroll. She was also cherished by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
The family has requested donations to a trust fund that is being set up for Jill's son.
