He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Cook and Alma R. Cook; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Cook. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Cook; his children, Geri Jean Sanderson (Mitchell Sr.), Jonathan Keith Cook (Kaycie) and Jay Kenneth Cook (Mary); his grandchildren, Mitchell Sanderson Jr. (Michelle "Emjay"), Edward Sanderson (Ashley), Michelle Pendl (Andrew), Robert Sanderson, James Kyle Cook, Joel Kaleb Cook, Sarah Cook and Bethany Cook; his great grandchildren, Jaydon, Krystina "Cheyenne", Raylan, Wyatt, Adalynn, Thomas, Roy and Ruby; and his brothers, Robert "Joe" Cook (Doris) and James "Jim" Cook (Janet). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
