He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Jarrell of O'Fallon; his siblings, Carl Jarrell (Cheryl) of Wappinger Falls, NY, William Jarrell of Riverside, CA, Judy Shannon (Bob) of Lebanon, Cindy Karraker (Steve) of Shiloh, Diana Jarrell of Shiloh and Kathy Hurst (Kenny) of Freeburg; his sister-in-law Lois Jarrell of Marine; his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Sylvia Pendegraft of Lebanon; and his siblings-in-law, Darrell Missey (Alton), Rose Lattin (Dave) of Belleville, Wanda Stangle of Trenton, Susan Bartlett of Belleville and Sarah Foster (Chris) of Belleville.
