He was predeceased by: his mother Matilda Munie; his wife Sally Jo; his siblings, Bill Munie (Gerry), Mary Jean Wheatley (Ray), Vernell Goodman (John), Delores Keller (Harold "Satch") and Pat Gagne (Paul); his brother-in-law Roger Ranek; his children, Mike Munie (Julie) of North Augusta, S. C., Mark Munie (Michelle), Robin Johnson (Tim) and Scott Munie (Janet); and his father Oscar "Doc" Munie.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jessica Joseph (Luke), Stephanie Waggett (Raines), Kevin Munie, Cassidy Munie, Daniel Munie, Connor Kowalski, Michael Johnson (Megan), David Johnson (Kira), Cody Johnson (Miranda), Abbey Brubaker (Kalani), Alley Lunsford (Jonathan), Taylor Munie (Meghan), Hunter Munie (Sarah) and Colin Munie; and his sisters, Janet Ranek and Karen Cotter (Bob). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
