We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2020, at the age of 91, George Thompson Jr. of OFallon, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. and Dorothy; his wife Margaret; and his former wife Helen Hollansworth. He is survived by: his children, Tommy G. Thompson (Becky) of Mascoutah, Ill and Toni Lynn Thompson of Tampa, Fla.; his stepchildren, Robert Morton (Charla) of O'Fallon, Beverly Ann Costello (Rick Wallace) of Wentzville, Randy Morton (Shirley) of Westfield and Ind; and his sisters, Norma Nowotny and Pat Doherty. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to Family Hospice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
