She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Hoffman and Ilah Hoffman; her husband Joe Milligan; and her brother Dale Hoffman. She is survived by: her son Darin Wilcox (Gina) of Belleville, IL; her brothers, Gary Hoffman of Indianapolis, IN and Keith Hoffman of Dallas, TX; and her granddaughter Carol Conradt. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
