It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Charles Sterthman (OFallon, Illinois), born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Sterthman and Meta Sterthman; and his sisters, Helen Groh, Ruth Leslie and Laverne A. Hanft.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Sterthman of O'Fallon, IL; his children, Steven Sterthman of Blue Springs, MO and Ty Sterthman (Amy) of Smithton, IL; and his grandchildren, Shelbee Sterthman, Taylor and Kyle Klees.
Due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions by the state and CDC, all services will be privately held.
