He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Bugger and Lorine Bugger Tonnies; his stepfather Paul Tonnies; and his siblings, Luella Hollenkamp, Shirley Roberson (Lloyd) and Elmer Bugger (Patricia).
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Marcie Lapolice (Rich) of Caseyville, Ill, Eric Bugger (Tracy) of Dayton and Joni Fultz (Brad) of O'Fallon; his grandchildren, Kevin Jackson (Delany Pfister), Conner Jackson (Brittani), Carly Jackson, Brittney Bateman, Lindsey Bugger, Ella Fultz and Owen Fultz; his great grandchildren, Danica Jackson and Colton Schott; his brother-in-law Dennis Hollenkamp; and his friend Will Bugger (Judi) of O'Fallon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
