He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Quigley and Mable E. Quigley (Ballinger); his sister Donna Rae Egging; and his nephew Gregory Egging. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn K. Quigley (Moore) of O'Fallon, Illinois; his children, Donald Edward Quigley (Brittin) of Shiloh, Julie L. Knopf (Casey) of Troy and Carol S. Hopfinger (Scott) of Belleville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jakob Duffy, Lukas Duffy, Gavyn Quigley, Brendyn Quigley, Abigaile Knopf (Colton Pratt), Zachary Knopf (Gabrielle Tucker), Olivia Knopf and Benjamin Hopfinger; his nieces, Katie Roberts (Jason), Meghan Sparling (Rick), Tammy Wheeler (Barry) and Heather Sanders; his nephew John Moore; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Moore (Mike Pierceall) and Chuck Moore. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (591 Glen Crossing Rd, Glen Carbon, IL 62034). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
