She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Dana; her brothers, Joseph, John and Nicholas; and also, Young and Stygar.
She is survived by: her husband Jasper D. Lewis; her son Jasper "Jay" Lewis (Sheryl); her grandchildren, Andrea Lewis of O'Fallon and Jason Lewis of O'Fallon; her siblings, Gene Raymond of Calif, Chet of Calif, Robert of Calif, Michael of Calif, Patsy and Nannette; and her friend Midge Quayle of Belleville.
Memorial donations are suggested to Heartland Hospice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
