He was predeceased by: his father David Gerald Foster; and his brother James Allen Foster. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Foster of Middletown, VA; his mother Donna Whitlow of Belleville, IL; his significant other Lori Thouvenot of Swansea, IL; his sister Tina Foster (Golden Brooks Jr.) of Manassas, VA; and his granddaughter Ava Nichole Smoot.
