He is survived by: his wife Colleen Richter of Shiloh, IL; his sons, Scott Richter (Erin) of O'Fallon, IL and Tim Richter (Jill) of Oakville, MO; his siblings, Ron Richter (Patty) of Broomfield, CO, Judy Winchester (Steve) of Waynesboro, NC, Dale Richter (Mary Jo) of Aviston, IL, John Richter (Mary) of Columbia, MO and Pat Richter of Aviston, IL; his sister-in-law Linda Richter of Aviston, IL; and his grandsons, Matthew Richter and Aaron Richter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
