He was predeceased by: his parents, David Engleman and Beatrice Rose Engleman. He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Jane Whittington and Edith Engleman; his daughters, Elaine Blue (Donald) of O'Fallon, IL and Amy West (Paul) of Millstadt, IL; his sister-in-law Emma Lou Engleman; his grandchildren, Paul West Jr., Abigail Blue and Donald Edward Blue; and his nieces and nephews, Charles Engleman, Jeff Engleman, Steve Engleman, Robert Engleman, Michael Engleman, Debi Salinas, Sheila Ochu, Julie Do, Dawn Schaefer and Valerie Whittington.
