It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Blanchard (OFallon, Illinois), who passed away on March 22, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Jennifer Blanchard; his children, Rick Blanchard (Laura) of Mascoutah, Ill., Joe Blanchard (Amy) of Mascoutah, Ill. and Brandy Benedick (Jeremy) of O'Fallon, Ill.; and also Audrey Ann Slinkard of St Charles.
