Booth of O'Fallon, IL; his brother Paul Booth (Christine) of Belleville, IL; his mother-in-law Helen Meyer of Warrensburg, MO; his aunt Jeanette Wadsworth of Swansea, IL; and his cousin Steven Milligan Karen Kirby.
