She is survived by: her children, Cindy Lynn Smyly (Peyton), David James Popp (Amy), Jeanna Kaye Schaumann (Scott), Kimberley Ann Malyn (Justin) and Jennifer Ada Edwards (Tavis); her grandchildren, Megan Wortham (Shawn), Katie Popp, Adrienne Schaumann, Justin Malyn Jr., Sierra Smyly, Phillip Smyly, Kelly Popp, Malcolm Edwards, Dana Schaumann, Summer Edwards, Cameron Smyly, Chase Malyn, Asher Edwards, Griffin Edwards, Avenleigh Edwards and Carson Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Georgia Wortham, Raleigh Wortham, Sean Ford, Sebastion Ford and Axel Smyly.
