He is survived by: his wife Ann Allen; his children, Stephen Allen (Karen S.) of Belleville, IL and Tracey Allen of Belleville, IL; his brother Jim David Allen (Kay Beth) of Garden City, KS; his grandchildren, Stephanie A. Allen, Victoria P. Allen, Rachel Parr, Dakota J. Allen and Brooke E. Allen; his great grandchildren, Riley Allen Young, Cambria Johnson and Lucas Flynn; his niece Karen Johnson; his nephews, Kelly Allen and Keith Allen; and his sister-in-law Mary V. Allen.
