She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Meininger; her parents, Dories Fred and Emma Elizabeth Osterman; her sons-in-law, Joseph Rowney, Ross Iacona and William Gorka Sr.; and her brother-in-law Dale Rhodes.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Jean Rowney (Gary Wartmann) of Shiloh, IL, Donna Lynn Meininger of Lebanon, IL and Deann Gorka of Lebanon, IL; her foster son Ron Hood of Arizona; her sister Marilyn Rhodes of Gillespie, IL; her nieces, Debra Baldwin and Denise Matway (Ken); her grandchildren, Ross Iacona, William Joseph Gorka Jr. (Jessica), Gena Gorka and James Gorka; her stepgranddaughter Dana Rowney; her great grandchildren, Makayla Duffie and Carli Gorka; and her pets, Baby and Missy Honey.
The family has requested donations to St. Paul United Church of Christ http://www.stpaulucc-lebanon.org or an animal shelter of your choice.
