Annalisa Cook Obituary

She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Charlotte Sparrow Cook. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Cook; her children, Rachel Wesley (Johnathon) of Dupo and Caleb Cook (Courtney) of O'Fallon, Ill.; her grandson Noah Joseph Cook; her sister Rayna Lee Dominguez of Dallas, Texas; and her parents, Gary Manweiler and Raynetta Manweiler of Hot Springs, Ark.. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations are suggested to BJC Hospice, and will be accepted at the funeral home.
