She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Edmund and Stella Esta Wilcox (Laughery); her husband Howard C. Hoover; her siblings, Keith Wilcox (Norma), Rex Wilcox (Helen), Frank Wilcox (Joyce) and Imogene Gordon (Fred); her son Kent Hoover; and her granddaughter Lana Albert.
She is survived by: her children, Kerry Hoover (Tami) of Centralia, Douglas Hoover of Odin, Monte Hoover (Julie Kelly) of Odin and Stanley Hoover of Centralia; her grandchildren, Michael Hoover (Alicia), Melissa Hoover-Lowery (Scott Lowery), Christopher, Nick, Stacy, Curtis Hoover, Ray Albert III (Mandi), Caralyn Albert, Terry, Brian Bierman and Anya Kelly (Kelly Eagan); her great grandchildren, Zachary, Connor, Lindsey, Lana Rose, Arnoni, Givoni, Caleb (Faith), Hunter (Laci) and Reed; and her great great grandchildren, Emersyn and Jones. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Rhea's honor to Helping Hands Food Pantry at the Gospel Light Church in Odin and will be accepted for the family at Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
