He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Boozer and Glenna Boozer; and his sister Tanga Boozer. He is survived by: his wife Chrissy Boozer of Odin; his children, Brittany Nicole (Austin) of Centralia and Skylar Neil of Carbondale; his stepsons, Nathan of Oregon and Austin of Salem; his grandchildren, Natalee and Adon; and his aunts and uncles, Willie Norman Sharp (Geraldine) of Alton, Jim Lavin of Kell, Judy Easton of Dix, Dee Boozer of Alaska and Denise Orrill.

In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions in Dale's honor to the Irvin Macz Funeral Home to aid the family with expenses.
