He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley D. Fisher and Myrtle M. Fisher (Wooters); his wife Barbara Etta Fry; his sister Helen Zelhart; and his close friend Lois Green.
He is survived by: his children, Gordon Fisher (Lorraine) of Clyde, Brenda Kelley (James) of Swansea and Julie Pointer (Bennie) of Swansea, Illinois; and his brother Wilford Fisher (Kathryn) of Mattoon, Illinois. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Charles's honor may be made to Odin United Methodist Church.
