She was predeceased by: her father Harold L. O'Brist; her husband Herman K. Owens; her mother Addie Mae O'Brist; her siblings, Jackie Osterman (Joe), Pat Heard (Don) and Harold O'Brist Jr.; and her granddaughter Jamie Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Rocky K. Owens (Carrie) of Salem, Terri Lively (Gerald) of Odin and Kent Owens (Angela) of Odin; her grandsons, Eric Lively (Karen) and Karl Owens; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Logan and Jake; her sister JoAnn Carlson (Don) of Rockford, IL; and her sister-in-law Hazel "Sis" O'Brist. She is also survived by "Grandma" she loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Billy's honor to Shriner's Hospital for Children.
