He is survived by: his wife Sharon Stanton; his children, Scott Smith (Ellen) of Plainfield, IL and Kelly Noe (Chuck) of Wilmington, IL; his grandchildren, Jessica, Mariah, Kaylee and Kyle; his brother James Smith of Bloomington, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Smith of Champaign, IL, Jolene Ohman of Normal, IL, Ron Stanton (Edi) of Bloomington, IL, Terry Stanton (Carol) of Pontiac, IL, Denny Stanton (Tammy) of Bloomington, IL, Henry and Styck of Dwight. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
