It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Alan Shoup of Odell, Illinois, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shoup and Helen Shoup (Stoner); his wife Joan Shoup; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Shoup. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Metroz (Betty) and Don Metroz (Billie Jo); and his siblings, Karen Bayer (Gordon) and Jerry Shoup. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 grandchildren.
