He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Petropoul and Geraldine "Jerry" Petropoul (Brown); his wife Betty McCabe (Schertz); his daughters, Sarah Shipe (Jason) of Winchester, VA and Laura Smith (Matt) of Richmond, VA; his stepchildren, Andrew McCabe of Pontiac, IL and Sarah Kiser (Matt) of Montgomery, IL; his brother James Petropoul (Penny) of Palos Hills, IL; his grandchildren, Lucas Shipe, Jayden Shipe, Gemma Smith, Willa Smith, Andrew James, Ryan McCabe, Daniel Kiser and Brandon Kiser; his nephews, Stephanos Petropoul and Andreas Petropoul; his niece Marianthe Petropoul; his sister Georgia "Gigi" Petropoul-Bottoms; his niece Dawn Marie Miller; and his grandparent Liberty Café.
