Blackburn (Odell, Illinois), born in Emington, Illinois, who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Blackburn and Regina Blackburn (Gassman). He is survived by: his spouse Sherry Lynn Blackburn; his daughter Vicki Blackburn of Odell; his sister Joyce Blackburn of Dwight; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Weber (Marsha) of Florida and Ralph Weber (Ann) of Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials in Paul's honor may be donated to the Alzheimer's Association.
