He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheridan Wheeler and Anita Wheeler (Malone); his wife Mary Fidella Donaldson; his granddaughter Courtnie Wheeler; his great grandchild Damian Hoke; and his brothers, Eugene, Donald, Sheridan and Doyle Wheeler.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Wheeler (Pam), William "Bill" Wheeler (Kim) and Ed Wheeler (Susanne); his grandsons, Steven Wheeler (Cynthia), Matthew Wheeler, Andrew Wheeler and Nathan Wheeler (Patricia); his great grandchildren, Cerra Richmond (Harley), Trinity Kamplain, Alex Kamplain, London Wheeler, Colby Wheeler and Harrison Wheeler; his great great grandchildren, Salem Lewis, Christa Hoke and Elliana Richmond; and his sisters, Pauline Poi and Lula Belle Albertson.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the First Christian Church, with envelopes available at the church or mailed to Pulliam Funeral Home P.O. Box 121 Oblong, Illinois 62449.
