He was predeceased by: his father John Wayne Culpepper. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Trusler; his siblings, Derek Sanders, Andrea Culpepper, Cathi Saunders and Connie Cannon; his niece Emily (Colton); his aunts, Patty Miller, Brenda Demos and Mary Nuku (Ed); his uncle Wayne Trusler; and his grandmother Louise Trusler. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
