He is survived by: his parents, Jacob Thomas and Martha Ann Nelson Baker; his spouse Rita J. O'Riley; and his children, Jacob G. Baker II of Fayetteville, Frank Baker (Jessie) of Noblesville, Indiana and Katherine Courson (Jerry) of Bismarck, Illinois. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
