We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2020, at the age of 92, Iota L. Hammon of Oakwood, Illinois, born in Winchester, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Batley and Grace Iler Batley; her husband William "Tuck" Hammon Jr.; her brothers, Reverend Loren Batley, Norman Batley and Harvey; and her sister-in-law Loveda Batley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marsha Walton of Urbana, Kathy Henk (Gary) of Danville, Billie Severns (Dan) of Danville, Jacque Waters (Stan) of Marysville, Washington and Judy Zurlinden (Russ) of Danville; her sister-in-law Herkie Batley; and her friend Oakwood. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren.
