He is survived by: his spouse Connie Fletcher; his children, Leslie Pouilliard (Michael) of Oakwood, IL, Lori Parker (Dave) of Oakwood, IL, Kristen Hayn (Eldon) of Oakwood, IL and John Covington (Heather); his grandchildren, Erin Mooney (Bryan), Mitchell Pouilliard, Ryan Parker, Trent Parker, Molly Parker, Christopher Johnson, Abby Johnson, Bo Hayn, Alexandra Rodriguez, Lauren Covington and Allie Covington; and his great grandchild Owen Johnson.
